More than one good reason for eating mostly plant based foods

The Conversation has just published an article by Phd Candidate Dr Malcolm Forbes from the Centre for Chronic Disease Prevention. The article was co-authored by Dr Rosemary Stanton and discusses the health benefits of decreasing meat intake in our diets and replacing it with plant based foods including legumes, vegetables, seeds and nuts.
